Aspen Grove

Aspen Grove is a three-story, HUD 202 PRAC subsidized complex in Billings, Montana for individuals age 62 or older and their spouses who meet income requirements. The community includes 64 unfurnished one-bedroom apartment homes with full-sized stoves and refrigerators. Each apartment home has heat and air conditioning controlled by the individual resident.  For the convenience of our residents we have an elevator and a laundry room with complementary washers and dryers.

In addition, we have a large community room for gatherings, meetings, celebrations, potlucks and other activities. Our library/craft room is also available for recreational and educational programs.

Aspen Grove has a Community Administrator who lives on-site and oversees the administration, maintenance and repair of the building and grounds.

Requirements for Residents:

• Income Limits: Single $28,000, Couple $32,000
• The individual or their spouse must be at least 62 years of age
• Rent based on a resident's adjusted gross income at approximately 30%, which is calculated by subtracting approved medical expenses from their income
