Low-Income Housing

Volunteers of America’s elderly service programs provide very low-income seniors with affordable housing while creating opportunities that promote healthy, independent, and high quality living. We are committed to cost-effective, quality housing with programs that meet social needs for the elderly while maintaining a positive environment for personal growth and fulfillment. Our complexes operate as HUD 202 PRAC housing programs serving very low-income senior citizens and offer spacious, one bedroom unfurnished apartments with kitchens, climate control, and free on-site laundry, as well as many on-site activities.
